招聘岗位及职责

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Production Managers: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department, ensuring efficient use of resources and achievement of production targets. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in shoe manufacturing and a strong understanding of production processes.

2. Quality Control Inspectors: To ensure the highest quality standards are met in all our products, we are looking for experienced quality control inspectors who can conduct thorough inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the footwear industry.

3. Material Engineers: We are seeking a material engineer to develop and improve our shoe materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of materials science, experience in material testing, and an understanding of the latest trends in shoe material technology.

4. Composite Machine Operators: We are looking for skilled operators to handle our composite machines, ensuring the efficient production of shoe materials. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of machine operation and be able to read technical drawings.
